DAY 1: Boat trip, Night jungle - Overnight stay at local family camp
Reception at the airport of Puerto Maldonado, transfer to the office to register and provide some flight information, requirements, repacking to take only what is necessary for your stay and you can leave the rest of your luggage in our office. To start with the transfer you will have to wait for the arrival of all passengers, once everyone has arrived, we will start with the trip where you can appreciate its landscapes and its different local economic activities, this tour will take 4:00 hours average by boat on the Madre de Dios River and thus reach the camp center.
Lunch will generally be on the way.
In the evening we will go out by boat on the valencia lake creek, to enjoy the sounds of the jungle that invade the night and it is also possible to find caimans (Caiman crocodilus).
The day will end with a delicious dinner.
DAY 2: Piranha fishing, wildlife search. - Overnight at local family camp
After breakfast you will visit the valencia lake to do piranha fishing and if you catch some piranhas you will be able to taste them in your lunch. In the afternoon walk along the banks of the creek in search of wildlife, with a little luck you may see groups of monkeys (Cebus apela, Callicebusmoloch, Saimiri sciureus) and birds (Cacicus cela, Tanagers, Psarocolius, Momotusmomota etc.).
At night before dinner we will take a short walk in the dark forest, only illuminated by flashlights, we will look like small fireflies shining in the vastness of the forest.
The day will end with a delicious dinner.
DAY 3: Breakfast, transfer to the airport.
